Complaints and disputes procedure

I will do everything I can to ensure that your treatment goes as desired. In case you are not satisfied, it is best to discuss this with me as soon as possible. A direct conversation with me is often the fastest way to a solution.
Do you find this difficult or does our conversation not have the desired result? Then you can also contact the LVVP complaints officer. The LVVP is an association for independent psychologists and psychotherapists. Since I am a member of this association, I automatically use their complaints and disputes procedure.
