Contracts with these health insurers in 2026
For the year 2026, I have a valid contract until the end of 2026 with the following health insurers:

  • DSW and Stad Holland Zorgverzekeraar, including the brand inTwente
  • Zorg en Zekerheid, including the brand AZVZ

If you are insured with one of these health insurers, I will submit the invoices directly to your insurer.
Your health insurer will pay the invoice directly to me, so you do not have to take care of anything yourself.
Please note that your health insurer may deduct the costs from your mandatory deductible (and any voluntary deductible, if applicable), if this has not yet been fully used (at least €385 per year).

NO contracts with these health insurers in 2026
For the year 2026, I have not concluded a contract with the following health insurers:

  • Achmea: Zilveren Kruis, Interpolis, FBTO and De Friesland, including the brands ZieZo and De Christelijke Zorgverzekeraar
  • a.s.r.
  • CZ, OHRA and Nationale Nederlanden, including the brands Just, CZ Direct and PZP (Politie Zorg Polis)
  • Eucare, including the brands Aevitae and Care4life
  • Menzis and AnderZorg, including the brands HEMA and VinkVink
  • ONVZ, including the brand VvAA
  • VGZ, Univé, IZA, UMC, including the brands ZEKUR, IZZ, VGZBewust, MVJP and Zorgzaam
  • Salland

If you are insured with one of these health insurers, you are still entitled to partial reimbursement of the NZA tariffs I charge. This is called reimbursement based on the restitution principle.
Depending on your insurance policy, part of the invoice will be reimbursed by your health insurer. Please contact your insurer to find out the exact reimbursement amount.
I will send you a detailed invoice every month, which you must pay to me within 14 days. You can then submit this invoice to your health insurer. Depending on your policy, you will receive a partial refund of the costs from your insurer.
